2011 – Increased from .315 to .316 – .3% increase
2013 – Increased from .335 to .357 – 6.6% increase
Absent:
2006 – Increased from .245 to .263 – 7.3% increase
2012 – Increased from .316 to .335 – 6.0% increase
Sole time voting against an increase:
2010 – Increased from .298 to .315 – 5.7% increase
